Lucy Doyle, a doctoral researcher in Psychology from the University of Westminster is conducting a study into perceptions and opinions of healthcare professionals regarding the use of yoga for healthcare staff well-being.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous, and no experience with yoga is necessary (all views, opinions, and levels of experience are welcome).
As a token of appreciation for time and input, they are also offering participants the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one of two £50 gift vouchers.
The survey will cover various aspects related to current experiences with work-related well-being, as well as thoughts and opinions about yoga as a potential activity to support staff well-being.
Participation will help contribute to a better understanding of how well-being activities (particularly yoga) may be tailored to be most effective in meeting the needs of UK healthcare professionals.
