Need a break from the daily demands? Join us for a 2-day restorative programme in beautiful Dartmoor. This immersive course offers an opportunity to reconnect with nature, nourish your wellbeing, and cultivate resilience through experiential learning.
What the Course Covers

Practising simple techniques based on applied neurobiology, mindfulness, and traditional approaches for everyday work

Learning about resilience from the woodland ecosystem and practical tools for personal wellbeing and team support

Conservation work and physical activities to de-stress and shift perspective

Evening campfire circle for sharing, mutual support, and insights on work stresses

Time to reflect on better approaches for tackling work challenges and systemic pressures
