Need a break from the daily demands? Join us for a 2-day restorative programme in beautiful Dartmoor. This immersive course offers an opportunity to reconnect with nature, nourish your wellbeing, and cultivate resilience through experiential learning.

What the Course Covers

  • Practising simple techniques based on applied neurobiology, mindfulness, and traditional approaches for everyday work

  • Learning about resilience from the woodland ecosystem and practical tools for personal wellbeing and team support

  • Conservation work and physical activities to de-stress and shift perspective

  • Evening campfire circle for sharing, mutual support, and insights on work stresses

  • Time to reflect on better approaches for tackling work challenges and systemic pressures

Indicative Timetable

Thursday 7 May

  • Arrival by 11:30

  • Lunch at 12:30

  • Workshops begin at 13:30

  • Supper at 18:45

Friday 8 May

  • Breakfast from 08:15

  • Workshops begin at 09:15 (subject to change)

  • Course ends at 17:00
