This retreat is a five-day immersion in the embodiment practices of Philip Shepherd, run by Philip and Allyson Woodrooffe.
**Please note: This retreat also qualifies as Session 1 of the Facilitator Training that is currently underway in Europe. If you’re interested in joining the Training effective immediately, please follow this link for more information.**
The goal of the retreat is to provide participants with the strategies, skills and insights to learn to trust the wholeness of their being and experience its ease, richness and grace. The aim is also to have fun along the way. Some experience with The Embodied Present Process is an asset (whether through an online course or an in-person workshop), but is not a prerequisite.
The retreat takes place on the beautiful grounds of New Eden, less than two hours northeast of Amsterdam.
Included in the retreat price is 5 nights private accommodation and all meals. All accommodation is private, but if you are coming with a partner or person in your bubble and would like to share a room, please sign up and let us know. We will issue a refund for shared accommodation. Meals are vegetarian/vegan and many common dietary needs can be met.
