The Human Nature Project – Bristol.
Between April and October, the Human Nature Project, led by qualified psychotherapists and forest therapy guides, will make 2000 FREE places available for the public to attend a rolling timetable of 2-hour group sessions. Each session will combine eco-therapeutic nature connection practises with a psycho-educational element that explores one of the ‘the seven C’s’ i.e.
- Curiosity
- Creativity
- Choice
- Character
- Centredness
- Confidence
- Connection
…and how they can promote mental wellbeing and resilience.
