The booklet and MP3 together make up a programme that is designed to help you make your life better. The booklet contains important background information about tension, health problems and the way relaxation skills can help you.
Before you begin to use the learning sections of the track, listen right through to the end. If your player has a counter, you could use it to make a note of the beginning and end of any passages you think are particularly relevant.
The audio is held in our private Google Drive. You should download both the PDF which is the instruction booklet and the Doc which contains the link to the track.
