In the UK, black, Asian and minority ethnic patients have died in disproportionate numbers from Covid-19. Actor David Harewood investigated the reasons why in a documentary – Why is Covid Killing People of Colour – which is essential viewing for everyone.
Staggeringly, as a black man, David is nearly three times more likely to die from Covid-19. What is it about being black that puts him at such an increased risk?
