BHMA REFUNDS POLICY

This refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

BHMA Membership Subscriptions:

You can cancel your membership at any time and we will refund your membership subscription according to the number of issues of the quarterly journal, The Journal of Holistic Healthcare, you have received. For example, you will receive a 75% refund if you have only received one issue of the journal, and a 25% refund if you have received three issues. Refunds will be made by cheque and will be made within three weeks of our receiving notification of cancellation.

Items purchased through the BHMA website:

You will receive a refund on items purchased through our website under the following conditions:

  • 7 day cooling-off period
    By law customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. If you return any items to us on this basis we will refund the cost of the item in full including our delivery charges.
  • 30 day guarantee
    If you are outside the cooling-off period we will refund any purchase of goods through the BHMA website so long as they are returned unopened within 30 days of the date you received them (we will not refund delivery charges).
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items
    If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund your purchase in full including our delivery charges. In addition we will reimburse any costs you incur in returning the item to us.

We will refund you by cheque within three weeks of receiving your return.
